Purchase and Payment Policy

This policy outlines the terms of purchasing lesson packages from Buzz Academy, in compliance with Croatian consumer protection laws and EU directives.

1. Lesson packages

We offer packages of online English classes with varying durations (30 or 45 minutes), as listed on the Plan and Prices page. All prices are in euros (€).

2. Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit/debit card

Bank transfer

PayPal

All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.

3. Refunds and cancellations

The trial lesson is completely free and does not involve any payment.

You may cancel a paid package within 14 days of purchase, according to the EU right of withdrawal.

After this period, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, with deduction for any lessons already used.

4. Rescheduling lessons

Lessons can be rescheduled with at least 6 hours’ notice. Missed classes without prior notice will be counted as completed.
